ReportFlow is a Discord-native commission tracking platform that provides:

  • Discord bot integration for clockout message processing
  • AI-powered commission rule creation
  • Automated commission calculations
  • Analytics and reporting tools
  • Fraud prevention and sales reconciliation
  • API access for custom integrations

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed through Stripe
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Price changes require 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months
  • 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers

4.3 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service for illegal activities
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Reverse engineer the platform

6. Data Ownership and Usage

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of your commission data, transactions, or business information.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activities.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT COMMISSION CALCULATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL CALCULATIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPORTFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
