Understand how your team is performing with leaderboards, individual trend analysis, and goal tracking. Use data to celebrate top performers and identify coaching opportunities.

Rank chatters by revenue or commissions earned.
Individual Trends
View each chatter's performance over time.
Goal Tracking
Set revenue targets and monitor progress.
Leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks chatters by total revenue generated within the selected time period. Toggle between daily, weekly, and monthly views. You can also switch the ranking metric to commissions earned if you prefer to see who's maximizing their payouts.
The leaderboard updates in real time as new clockouts are processed, making it a great motivational tool for competitive teams.
Individual performance trends
Click on any chatter's name to open their performance profile. This page shows a trend chart of their revenue and commissions over time, average shift size, number of shifts worked, and models they most frequently work with. Use this data during one-on-ones or performance reviews.
Goal tracking
Set revenue or commission goals for individuals or the entire team. Progress bars on the dashboard and leaderboard show how close each person is to hitting their target. When a goal is achieved, ReportFlow can trigger a notification or even automate a bonus using a fixed commission rule.
Model-level insights
Performance isn't just about chatters—model performance matters too. Navigate to Analytics → Models to see revenue by model, top-performing chatter-model pairings, and transaction type breakdowns (purchases vs. subscriptions vs. tips).
